Awards Daily
polled the critics and predicts Oscar nominations for Colin Firth and The King’s Speech
Firth plays (the reluctant) King George VI on the eve of World War II, who must overcome his royal-sized stutter.

The King’s Speech, co-starring Geoffrey Rush and Helena Bonham-Carter, took the audience award at the Toronto International Film Festival last month.  It opens Thanksgiving weekend in the US.
